Ball Mill Brief Instruction:
The ball mill is a grinding machine which the crushed material need for further smash. it is widely used in cement, silicate product, new type building material, fireproofing, fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal mineral separation and glass-ceramic and so on production industry, the ball mill uses dry or wet grinding type to different ores or other materials.
Ball Mill Structure:
Ball mill is consist of feeding department, discharge department, rotation department, transmission department (reduction box, small gear, electromotor, electronic control) and so on main part. Quill shaft adopts steel-casting, the lining can replace easily, rotary big gear adopts steel-casting the cylinder body has wear-resisting lining board, which has good abrasive resistance. The machine operation smoothly and has a reliable work.
Ball Mill Working Principle:
The ball mill is a horizontal cylinder rotating device. The materials through feeding department get into first storehouse of the mill, where has different types of steel ball in it, the centrifugal force caused by machine body rotating bring the steel ball to a certain high then fell down, which play a strike and abrasive role to the materials. The materials then though single-layer diaphragms into the second storehouse after kibbling, this room has flat foils and steel ball for further grinding. Powder discharge from the unloading lift, then the grinding work has been done.
